Accommodation in a cozy mini house - maringot in the Kokořín region. Enjoy your stay for two, with family or friends in a quiet private place surrounded by nature, with an evening campfire, in a hammock, without wifi and with birdsong for good night. The plot is located above the village of Skramouš, 3 km from the town of Mšena, it is important to know. Thank you 😊 The space AMENITIES INSIDE THE HOUSE This is a house that we have equipped and adapted for 4 people. The size of the house is about 5m x 2.2m, so it's a tiny house, you need to take note of it. The trailer is not connected to the network, which means that there is no running hot water inside. Electricity is, but from the solar panel. There are ONLY USB sockets available. You can cook in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, mini fridge, dishes and basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, etc. Coffee and tea available. Drinking water and dishwashing water will be ready and is imported in barrels. I REFILL THE WATER DURING LONGER STAYS. There's room for four people to sleep inside. Sleeping for two on a double bed overlooking the forest, sleeping for one on a bunk bed (more suitable for children or smaller people) and for the fourth person there is a folding mattress on the floor. Bedding is included. A wood-burning stove is part of the house, so the stay is possible all year round. The stove will heat the house beautifully in a moment (it depends on the outside temperature). Other amenities - books, cards, lantern, smaller towels, curtains. There is a fly screen in the opening window. GARDEN The whole property is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs of smaller sizes, 10kg approx. Attention, small breeds such as chihuahuas can climb through the fence! In the garden there is a fireplace and seating around, picnic bench, hammock, solar lighting, toilet and outdoor shower. Wood secured, barbecue tripod with grate and roasting fork available. WC The toilet is dry, with a separation. Toiletries included. SHOWER During the summer, it is possible to use the outdoor solar bag as a shower. During the winter, an outdoor covered bathroom is used (the temperature inside is the same as outside) where it is possible to heat the water for the bath, so it is possible to wash with warm water. ❗️THINGS TO KNOW ❗️ IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO INVITE NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. IF YOU PLAN TO BE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE IN NATURE, PLEASE BOOK YOUR STAY ELSEWHERE. STAY WITH DOGS - unfortunately we have to introduce a new rule, limit the stay with dogs only up to 10kg approx. (larger by agreement). Furthermore, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO KEEP A DOG IN BED ..if this rule is not followed, we will be forced to completely ban dogs. The dog fee is 300 CZK for the entire stay. The land is in a quiet and private place, but it's not a complete solitude where you don't meet anyone. The property can be reached via a forest path that continues along the field where sometimes someone from the village passes for a walk or to walk the dog. A tractor occasionally passes through a field that is above the shepherd's hut, he works there, it is necessary to take into account. Approximately 180 meters from the land in the middle of the meadow there is a glamping accommodation (tent), both grounds have privacy and cannot see on each other. The tent will be in the meadow until mid September and then again from the beginning of April. Other things to note Earlier arrival and later departure is possible by arrangement for a fee. 1h 150 CZK
