Thank you 😊 The space Our house will offer you a quiet sanctuary and a clue for your trip to Kokořínsko, whether you are driving or just passing through and need to sleep. For example, you can spend a day trips around the neighborhood, make a nice dinner on the fire in the evening, and enjoy quiet moments. In the rain, fall, or winter, you don't even have to get out of the bed, and it's nice, just lie down with a book, play games, make a good tea, make a fire in the fireplace, and watch the animals from the window that will definitely come to visit you. It's up to you to spend your time with us. Hygge atmosphere guaranteed, as well as a restful and undisturbed sleep. The land is located above the village of Skramouš, in a place that is at the edge of a deciduous forest, meadow and field. No passing cars or noisy neighbors will disturb you at night. AMENITIES INSIDE THE HOUSE The house is not connected to the networks, that is, there is no running hot water inside. Electricity is, but from the solar panel. There are USB outlets and overhead lighting only. This is a house that we have equipped and adapted for 4 people. The size of the house is about 5m x 2.2m, so it's a tiny house, you need to take note of it. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, mini fridge, dishes and basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, etc.. Coffee and tea also available. Drinking water and dishwashing water will be ready and is imported in barrels. I refill the water for a longer stay. Further inside sleeping for four people. Sleeping for two on a double bed overlooking the forest from a large window, sleeping for one on a bunk (more suitable for children or smaller people), and for a fourth person there is a sofa bed on the ground. Bedding is included. Sitting at the table is by a large window overlooking a field and a meadow. A wood-burning stove is part of the house, so the stay is possible all year round. The stove will heat the house beautifully in a moment (it depends on the outside temperature). Other amenities - books, cards, lantern, towels, curtains. There is a fly screen in the opening window. GARDEN The entire property is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs up to 10 kg. Beware, small chihuahua-type breeds can climb through the fence! The backyard has a fire pit and seating area around it, a picnic bench, a griddle, a hammock, solar lighting, a toilet and an outdoor shower. There is wood for both the fireplace and the fire pit, a grill trivet with a griddle, and a roasting fork. WC The toilet is dry, separating. Toiletries provided. SHOWER There is an outdoor solar bag as a shower during the summer. During the winter, there is an outdoor covered bathroom (the temperature inside is like the outside) where there is the possibility of heating the water for the bath, so it is possible to wash with warm water. ❗️THINGS TO KNOW ❗️ IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO INVITE NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. FURTHER, THERE IS A FINE IF THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE RESERVATION. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. IF YOU PLAN TO BEHAVE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE IN NATURE, PLEASE BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. STAYING with DOGS - unfortunately, we have to introduce a new rule, limit the stay with dogs to dogs up to 10 kg. Furthermore, it is forbidden to stay a dog in bed ..if this rule is not followed, we will be forced to ban dogs completely. The fee for the entire stay per dog is 300Kč and the dog needs to be reported. I recommend packing slippers. The land is in a quiet and private place, but it's not a complete solitude where you don't meet anyone. The property can be reached via a forest path that continues along the field where sometimes someone from the village passes for a walk or to walk the dog. A tractor occasionally passes through a field that is above the shepherd's hut, he works there, it is necessary to take into account. Approximately 180 meters from the land in the middle of the meadow there is a glamping accommodation (tent), both grounds have privacy and cannot see on each other. The tent will be in the meadow until mid September and then again from the beginning of April.
