The space 📍Avida Towers Riala - Tower 3, IT Park Cebu City Jose Maria del Mar St, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu This unit is equipped with: • High-speed WiFi - 100mbps • 55" Smart TV with Netflix (log in with your own account) • Air conditioner • 1 queen bed • 1 single-sized bed • 1 sofa bed (1-2 pax can fit) • 1 double floor mattress (for extra guests) • Duvet, pillows, and linens • Dedicated workspace • Dining table and chairs • Basic cooking and dining utensils • Kitchen with refrigerator and microwave • Electric stove w/ oven, rice cooker, and kettle • Pot, pan, plates, glasses, mugs, and silverware • Hot and cold shower • Washing machine (please provide your own laundry detergent) • Hair dryer • Closet and clothes hanger • Clothes iron & ironing board Complimentary Items: • 1 towel per guest • Shampoo & body wash • 2 rolls of toilet paper • 2 bottles of water & coffee

What amenities are provided? • Complimentary: shampoo, body wash, towels, slippers, and 2 toilet paper rolls only. Please bring any additional items you may need. 6. Will towels be changed and rooms cleaned during the stay? • Clean sheets and towels provided at check-in only. NO ID, NO ENTRY. ⚠️ Guest access 💧 Pool access • Free pool access for up to 3 guests. • A fee of ₱100 per person per day applies for additional guests as per Avida's rule. • All pools are open daily, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except Mondays for maintenance purposes. 🚘 Parking slot • One parking slot inside the building for ₱350/night. Kindly inform us in advance to check availability. • Paid parking off premises - parking lot across Avida Riala (beside JP Morgan), about 3-5 min walk. Other things to note • The color of bed sheets, blankets, and towels may differ from the pictures provided. • Additional beddings, towels, and cleaning are available on request, subject to availability and fees. • Moving or rearranging furniture is prohibited without prior approval. • Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM for everyone’s comfort. • No parties/events/pets allowed on the premises. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. • Please respect check-in/out times, early or late requests depend on availability and may incur fees. • Cooking food with strong odors such as buwad (dried fish) is not allowed. Violation will result in a penalty of ₱10,000. • Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, violation incurs a ₱15,000 penalty. • Guests will be held accountable for damaged, missing items, or additional cleaning charges accrued during their stay. • Guests must manage trash regularly to prevent pests; we are not liable for any issues caused by neglect.
