Our renovated and lovingly furnished 54 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – including a large, terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery. What to expect: • Two cozy rooms, each with a 140 cm wide bed, comfortable toppers, and fresh bed linen • Room 1: small wardrobe, desk with an ergonomic office chair, TV with Netflix • Room 2: additionally equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 188 cm when extended), a shelf, and a large 55-inch smart TV with Netflix Bathroom & Kitchen: • Fresh towels and a starter set: toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath/shower gel • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: cooking utensils, spices, sugar, salt, a selection of teas and coffee. • A small dining table for 4 chairs is located in the kitchen. For full occupancy (up to 6 people), a larger dining table for 6 is available on the terrace. Please note that 6 people cannot dine together in the kitchen. Outdoor area: • 21 m² terrace under a pavilion – with a dining table for up to 6 people • Three comfortable garden chairs invite you to relax and unwind • Your private parking space is directly on the property, protected under the pavilion • Waste bins are also located there – easily accessible and convenient Additional info: There is no cleaning service during your stay, but for longer stays we are happy to provide plenty of fresh bed linen and towels. The cleaning fee (2 hours of cleaning and laundry) is already included in the overnight price. Location: Aarbergen-Michelbach is quietly situated in green surroundings – ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers. You can reach: • Limburg, Idstein, and Taunusstein in approx. 25 minutes • Wiesbaden in approx. 35–40 minutes • Frankfurt or Koblenz in approx. 1 hour In the village, there is a bakery. In the neighboring town, you’ll find supermarkets such as Rewe, Lidl, and Action, as well as pet supply and beverage stores. Restaurants are available in nearby towns – please note that many close early. The nearest gas station (Shell in Michelbach) closes at 8:00 p.m. My recommendation: Make sure to visit the beautiful old towns of Limburg and Idstein – they’re absolutely worth seeing! You will find it as the first entrance (without a gate) right after the carport in the turning circle – please refer to the photos. Please note: The apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Thanks to a key box, you can check in flexibly anytime after 3:00 PM. An earlier check-in may be possible upon request. Public transport is very limited here, especially in the evenings and at night, so arriving by car is ideal. And the best part: you don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone. The apartment is separate and private – even if it gets a little louder, it won’t bother anyone. The apartment is ideal for 2–4 people. With 5–6 guests it’s possible, but quite tight – especially since there is only one bathroom and a small dining area in the kitchen. Please note: there is no dishwasher and no washing machine. The bed linen is not ironed, in consideration of the environment. 🌿 Please book only if that’s fine with you. Towels and bed linen are washed at high temperature with a hygiene rinse and additional steam function. 🌸 Before booking, please make sure to check the photos and the location on the map carefully.
