The space This spacious and cozy 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cabin offers all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, which you can enjoy on one of the two large decks. Inside, relax in the entertainment room with a new sofa, a 65" TV, and plenty of board games for everyone. Stay connected with fast WiFi and cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day of adventure. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide four bikes to explore the beautiful trails. Additional amenities include a two-car garage, high-quality supplies, and much more to make your stay unforgettable! For your convenience, the Tahoma Market is only 2 minutes from the cabin, providing all your grocery needs. Savor delicious meals at nearby local gems like Dog & Bear, West Shore Market, Sunnyside, and Fire Sign Cafe. Need gear? West Shore Sports, just 5 minutes away, offers rentals for both winter and summer activities, including skis, snowboards, snowshoes, e-bikes, and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs). Pets are welcome! We allow one pet per reservation, with a pet fee of $150. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: 1 king bed (on top floor) Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed (on ground floor) Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed (on ground floor) Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (on ground floor) - It can be converted into a king bed by request. Other: Brand new air mattress and Pack & Play travel crib Main (top) floor has: • Open space with living room with lots of seating, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining tables, fully loaded kitchen and a kitchen island with 4 stools • Access to 2 decks with outdoor furniture, BBQ, picnic table (patio furniture remove during winter) and more to enjoy al fresco dining among the towering pine trees • Master bedroom with sitting area and a master en-suite full bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, double vanity and complimentary toiletries and towels (plus a walk-in closet where the air mattress, portable crib and high chair are stored) • Half bathroom Bottom level has: • Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, dresser and closet • Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, dresser and closet • Bedroom 4 with 2 Twin beds • 2nd full bathroom with double vanity, shower, toilet, and complimentary toiletries and towels • Entertainment room with a 65" TV and access to outside • Washer & Dryer with complimentary detergent (eco-friendly) Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. There are a few cabinets and a closet inside the house that are locked for the owner's use, as well as some locked storage areas in the garage. We provide four bikes to explore the beautiful trails. Other things to note Some other important things to know about the cabin: Occupancy: Max Nighttime Occupancy: 8 Max Daytime Occupancy: 10 - This home does not have air conditioning. - Pets are welcome! PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE IF YOU'LL BE BRINGING A PET. We allow one pet per reservation, with a pet fee of $150. Undisclosed pets will result in an additional charge. BBQ and patio furniture in Winter: Our BBQ is located outside and may become inaccessible in the winter due to snow fall. Please inquire with host if you are hoping to use BBQ between Dec-May. Living in the great outdoors means sharing our space with the wonderful wildlife of the Tahoe basin. Our cabin is equipped with an exterior security system to ensure your safety and protect against our beloved Tahoe bears. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for more information. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have one audio/video security camera on the exterior of the property on the carport. It is positioned to capture the front porch and the driveway. This camera is designed to maintain your privacy and enjoyment while also ensuring the safety and security of the home. SNOW REMOVAL: The Lake Tahoe area experiences heavy snow accumulation during the winter months. The public streets are plowed by the County. We also have a private snow plow service which clears our driveway once a day when there has been accumulation of 6 or more inches of snow. Guests are responsible for moving vehicles promptly by when snow removal equipment arrives and keeping the area clear of all objects. If our snowplow vendor is unable to plow the driveway when he arrives, you may need to clear it manually with the snow shovels we have in the garage. WINTER WEATHER: During winter weather events driving restrictions may be in effect which require chains or 4WD. No refunds will be given for winter weather/road conditions including late arrival and/or early departures. We ask that all guests purchase trip insurance. CALIFORNIA FIRE SEASON: Wildfires are becoming a more regular occurrence in California and typically occur during fire season (July - October). We recommend purchasing trip/travel insurance as we are unable to predict smoke and / or air quality conditions. No refunds for wildfires, air quality, other weather conditions, or repercussions due to weather events will be given. IMPORTANT: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
