The pristine lake, loon calls, and cozy home make you feel like you've gone 'up north,' but it's less than an hour from the Twin Cities. You will enjoy our two-bedroom lakefront home with private lake access, kayaks, living room, kitchen, full bath, deck and outdoor dining, grill and fire pit. Wake up to the sound of nature, the birds chirping and the lake stretched out before you. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea as you watch the sunrise from the deck. And enjoy picturesque sunsets over Clearwater Lake. Located just a few miles from downtown Annandale, MN which is a charming town called the "Heart of the Lakes". The home offers a great open space and cozy design; it can comfortably sleep 5 guests. The MAIN BEDROOM has a queen bed and 2 nightstands. This bedroom has lake views. The SECOND BEDROOM Bedroom has a bunk bed that is a full XL on bottom and twin XL on top. There's a nightstand, small closet with hangers, and a desk + chair. The LIVING ROOM is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee with the amazing view, or relax and unwind after a day on the lake. With the sofa and 2 large chairs, and smart TV, you can enjoy your favorite shows in comfort. You can use your own streaming subscription account on the TV. There's also games and decks of cards for entertainment. The KITCHEN includes a full refrigerator, gas range, gas cooktop and microwave. You'll have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to mixing bowls, storage containers, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, and silverware. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table or outside on the patio overlooking the lake. For your convenience, there's a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. You'll also find an assortment of K-Cups, coffee, sugar and tea. Feel free to bring your own if you have favorites! The BATHROOM features a tub/shower combo. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels and washcloths in the bathroom for your comfort. There's a basket with back-up toiletries if you forgot any plus a First-Aid kit, just in case! With 110Mbps ultra-high-speed fiber internet access, you'll have complete coverage throughout the home, for entertainment or work purposes. The YARD next to the home overlooks the lake and is a pretty setting. Don't forget to fire up the Blackstone to cook up some delicious food and dine on the patio with seating for four at the outdoor dining table. We also have Adirondack chairs around the firepit so relax with your favorite adult beverage as you watch the sunset. The GARDEN SHED near the driveway has extra life jackets and water shoes for you to use. The KAYAKS are already located on the side of the home for your use. The set of STAIRS down to the lake are steep so please be sure to assist young children and elderly. See the photos for a visual! The DOCK is at the home (May - Oct) and you are welcome to use it to dock your personal watercraft or you can rent boats from the marina (BJ's Bait and Tackle) located on the lake. Clearwater Lake is known in our area for great fishing and also recreation; there is a sand bar in the middle of the lake that boats pull up to, to swim and relax. Adjoining lakes (Lake Augusta, Otter Lake and Grass Lake) can be accessed by small channels. There is a restaurant, Waterfront, that may be reached by boat as well. Interested in hitting some local trails? There are several state and county parks nearby for walking, running and biking. The FRONT DOOR is equipped with a mounted key safe and you'll receive a personal access code prior to check-in. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES include outdoor chairs, beach towels, cooler, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning spray, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. We know you will enjoy the peace and tranquility this area has to offer! Guest access You'll have the whole main floor of the home. The lower room is just owner storage and supplies (you won't have access to lower room). Other things to note Be sure to look over all the house rules upon arrival. Please treat the home and property with care. The home does have WiFi. Cell coverage may be limited based on your carrier. The windows of the home are original so treat them with care. There is a screen and 2 glass storm windows on each window that are all adjustable. Be mindful that mosquitoes /bugs may get inside if windows are left open.
