The space We have several rooms of the same type available in the building. Please let me know if you have any requests regarding the dates of your stay or the number of guests. [About the accommodation] This is a 10-story apartment building. The building has an elevator. This room is located on the 8th floor. Check-in and out: We use a smart lock that can be locked and unlocked using a PIN code and numeric keypad. It is self check-in and check-out. We'll send you a message with your PIN code. Check in is 3pm and checkout is 10am. [Entry flow] The entrance and room PIN codes are the same. Once a booking is confirmed, we'll send you check-in details and a video of how to get in after we get your guest information. Parking There is no parking on the property. There are many coin parking lots in the neighborhood. Rates vary depending on the time of year. In most cases, the maximum price for 24 hours is 1,200-1,400 yen. [Additional charges] If the number of guests exceeds 2, an additional charge of 1,500 yen per night will be charged for the 3rd guest.
