Peacefully nestled in the heart of world-class skiing and outdoor recreation, our beautiful and affordable Fox Bay condo is the ideal getaway year-round. Come prepared to relax in our upper-story, two-bedroom unit. The master bedroom features a Restoration Hardware King-size bed with a high-quality pillow-top mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom, colorfully decorated, includes a platform Queen-size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has a Thomasville Sleep chair, which can be converted to a twin-size bed for a family of 5 with 3 children. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dishes. Other amenities include streaming TV, high-speed internet, and a full-size washer and dryer. The community features a heated outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub, a fitness center, and a furnished clubhouse with an entertainment room, pool table, ping pong, and a kitchen. Please note that the clubhouse serves 132 units in the complex. We purchased this unit in April 2013 as an investment, leasing it until 2015. From 2015 to November 2024, we had a full-time tenant. As of December 2024, we are returning to short-term rentals, as our family has grown, and we need more space for our children’s families. Located midway between Park City and beautiful Heber Valley, our condo is the perfect base camp for shopping, dining, and entertainment alike. The only exceptions are the standard checkout cleaning fee and local room/sales taxes, which are calculated separately at checkout.
