This property is located right on the river with a lighted fishing pier. Dock your boat! Porch with plenty of sitting tables and chairs for a BBQ and relaxation. Wifi/Satellite included. This bunkroom has two full/twin bunks, full bathroom, coffee pot, small fridge and a TV. About a 2 minute drive to the beach access road! By boat, you can access both East Bay and West Bay. You can dock your boat right at the pier where you are (bring your own bumpers). The space This bunkroom is located under the main house which is occupied by the owners of the property part time. Do not access the stairs as that is their private residence. 4 people max can stay. 1 small dog is allowed to stay. (Must clean up after your pet please). There is parking for 2 cars or trucks along the grass out front, please done get on grass. If there are no cars in driveway you can park in driveway. You have access to the lighted fishing pier.
