The space Modern Lux Home Szeged is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor right next to the Szeged bridgehead of the Downtown Bridge, in the immediate vicinity of the Sunbathing Aquapolis and the Erzsébet Liget. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with a balcony and a private bathroom with shower. It is ideal for couples or families who want to stay close to downtown Szeged, yet in a quiet neighborhood. At the bottom of the building there is a grocery store open until 10 pm, and opposite the building there is a restaurant-pizzeria open every day of the week. Guest access Our guests have a free courtyard parking for one car in the inner courtyard of the condominium. Free wifi, smart TV and board games are provided for a relaxing stay. In the kitchen, guests will have access to a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric hob and air fryer. Other things to note Our accommodation is non-smoking, smoking (including electric cigarettes) is only allowed on the balcony or 5 m outside the entrance of the condominium. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Bachelor parties and bachelorette parties are not allowed.
