Bringing a pet that stays anywhere on The Cottage property (even in a vehicle) will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. The owner reserves the right to charge for any additional fee necessary for clean up or damage as a result from pets or guests on The Cottage property. Guest access The entire cottage is for your use. Other things to note The driveway is very steep. This may be a concern in the winter although we do keep it plowed.
