Bringing a pet that stays anywhere on The Cottage property (even in a vehicle) will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. The owner reserves the right to charge for any additional fee necessary for clean up or damage as a result from pets or guests on The Cottage property. The entire cottage is for your use. Randa, the property manager, is available by phone if there is anything you need. Quiet neighborhood. We are located within walking distance of town, the grocery stores, the bank, etc. The driveway is very steep. This may be a concern in the winter although we do keep it plowed.
