Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via Whats-App to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Other things to note Important Rules: - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; - All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration; - A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in; - Visits are not allowed; - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors - Parties or events are not allowed inside the property; - PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET;
