Includes TV and WiFi! The space ✨ Your Exclusive Tiny House. Our CoCo Cabin is your cozy, luxurious 25m² retreat. Although compact, the interior is designed for complete comfort. The location on the border of vast meadows and forest offers complete peace and a deep connection with nature. 💦 Exclusive Outdoor Living (1000m² Private) Your private garden is a tropical oasis that is beautiful all year round, with atmospheric plants and palm trees. Here, the outdoors is central. Wood-fired Hot Tub: Experience the wonderful warmth and crackling fire while relaxing under the stars. Natural Swimming Pond & Waterfall: Dive into the idyllic swimming pond and listen to the soothing sound of the waterfall. Cold Immersion Pool: For the adventurous guests, a cold immersion pool is available at the top of the waterfall, perfect for invigorating cooling. Private Beach: Relax on your own private beach. This is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by greenery. Outside Terrace: On our terrace is a dining area with a BBQ. The spacious wooden veranda on the waterfront has a lounge sofa, which is replaced in winter by comfortable garden chairs. 🏠 All Facilities tiny house. The interior is fully equipped, cozy and comfortable: Sleeping & Relaxing: • Doubter bed (Sleeping video, via stairs). • Comfortable sofa bed (2 pers.) • Duvets/linen, Sleep masks, Earplugs and Jugs. • TV, WiFi, Electric heaters and Bluetooth speaker. Luxury Bathroom: • Rain shower, Toilet, Hairdryer. • Towels, guest towels, bath slippers and bathrobes. • Shampoo, Body wash and Hand soap. Cooking supplies: • Induction hob (2 burners), Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator with mini freezer. • Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender. • All necessities such as dishes, cutlery, cookware, BBQ supplies. • Basic ingredients: Coffee/Tea/Olive oil/Herbs. Guest access 🔑Full Exclusivity, Just for You. The CoCo Cabin is your completely private retreat. You rent the tiny house and the entire, fenced private garden of 1000m² which is reserved exclusively for you. Arrival: You can check in yourself using a key box. The parking space for one car is located at the entrance of the private path of about 30 meters, which ensures maximum peace and seclusion. All luxury is private: All unique amenities, including the wood-fired hot tub, the natural swimming pond, the waterfall and the beach, are 100% private and are not shared with anyone. Other things to note 🔔 Essential Rules & Safety. •Guests are fully responsible for supervising themselves and their fellow guests (especially children) at all times. Entry is at your own risk at all times. •The swimming pond has no fence. • The minimum age for children is 6 years, and at least one swimming certificate (A) is required for all children. •You may enter the waterfall, but watch out for the loose stones outside the steps. The Most Important House Rules: •Parties and events are not allowed. •No smoking in the cabin. •Fireworks are not allowed at this nature house. •Out of respect for nature, silence is required between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. •The sleeping loft is accessible via stairs. If the stairs are a challenge, you can comfortably switch to the extendable double sofa bed in the living room.
