Welcome to our stunning Mexican Oasis! The villa can sleep up to 30 people, please send an inquiry if you are more than 16 guests, otherwise you only have access to 8 bedrooms. Included is a private Chef, Housekeeper, Bartender, Concierge and exclusive use of all common areas. We are less than 25 meters from the beach where you can use our kayaks and a short walk to town. Tan on one of our terraces or pool lounges, while being served drinks by your private bartender. The space La Villita is a beautiful bright villa, filled with true traditional Mexican charm, located minutes from the romantic zone. Our villa boasts ocean views, beach access, private pool, jacuzzi, 2 waterfalls, a beautiful garden and a walking labyrinth. It's the perfect getaway for groups of people who are looking to spend quality time together; be it family reunions, groups of friends, intimate weddings, corporate retreats or small retreat style workshops. With 26 500 square feet there is ample space for gathering, and many lovely areas to get away if you want privacy. Take time to relax around the pool and enjoy the waterfall or tan your body on the upper terrace. In the evening enjoy the drink of your choice under the rooftop palapa wet bar or ease your cares away in the jacuzzi under the stars. If you are a foodie you have full access to a fully equipped kitchen. Some of our beds can be rearranged into king size beds and opposite. Our Staff of 4 to 6 is here to make your stay an unforgettable one. The villa can house up to 30 people, please send an inquiry if you are more than 16 people, as there is an small additional fee per extra guest. La Villita has a total of 14 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and a maximum of 30 guest. The space and staff will be privately yours to enjoy even if you only book 5 rooms at our lowest rate. Food, Beverage and Gratuities are not included in our rates. Guest access - The space has a heated private pool and jaccuzzi - An absolutely gorgeous green Mexican style garden, including aloe vera plants, mango trees, avocado trees, guanabana tree, a lime tree and pineapple plants - 6 Terraces to enjoy the sun - Beach and pool towels are provided - A large dining area with ocean views and comfortable seating for 30 people - 8 parking spaces - 4 kayaks with life jackets - Access to fully equipped kitchen with everything from grill to ice cream maker. - Great entertainment for children and adults, smart tv, cable, video games, toys, books, board games and a play structure - We can arrange restaurant bookings, off site tours, on site massage, spa treatments, on site yoga or zumba classes, live music and private transportation - Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all suites - Private chef included for preparing 2 meals of your choice a day, 6 days a week. This includes, preparation, serving and clean up. Guest pay at cost for groceries (our Guest Services manager will do the shopping for a transportation fee of 300 pesos.) - All rooms have their own personal bathroom with showers. - Suites which are not in use will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note If you Instabook and you are more than 16 guests we will send you a new agreement through Airbnb with the correct prices, which you need to confirm.
