The space -30 sqm air conditioned unit -50” Smart UHD TV (no Netflix account due to card limitations but the app is installed on the TV for guests to use their own personal accounts) -High speed internet with a speed of up to 100mbps -Top of the line Queen-sized bed with latex top with the ultimate comfort to rest your tired bodies -Kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, along with basic cookware, rice cooker, electric water kettle, and dining ware and utensils -Bathroom has a hot & cold shower -Small necessities such as hangers, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, room slippers*, gallon of water, and some small snacks are provided *Subject to availability Other things to note Prior to arrival, guests are required to send images of their government issued IDs prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check in. Any requests for a guests’ stay are subject to any extra fees. For a pullout set up for only a 2 guest reservation, there will be an extra fee of 300 pesos. Reservations with 3 guests (not including infants) will already have the pullout set up for them prior to arrival. Requests for extra towels for shorter stays (less than 1 week) will cost 100 pesos per towel. We provide 4 towels initially. For any in between cleanings for reservations less than 2 weeks will cost an additional 800 pesos to cover the laundry costs, my cleaner’s fee and transportation. Reservations that are for 2 weeks (14 nights) will have one free weekly cleaning in between the stay. For a 3 week stay, there will be 2 free weekly cleanings. And so on and so forth.
