No additional charge for kids 4 yrs and below, maximum of 2 kids only. **We also offer private car transfers to and from the airport for a minimum fee of ₱1,300 per trip. -------------------------------------- PARKING We do not have a designated parking space in the condo. However, paid parking is conveniently available across the building (back of Pioneer building). -------------------------------------- CLEANING POLICY: We offer one complimentary full cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) for stays of 14 nights or longer. Linen changes are also available weekly or upon request. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for ₱500 per cleaning. Just let us know in advance when you’d like these services so we can schedule them accordingly. Please note that this is a privately owned condo unit, not a hotel. While we do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable space, we kindly ask that guests be respectful and responsible in keeping the unit tidy during their stay. Treating the space with care helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guest access Guests may access the pool, lounges and gym for free. Other things to note Once booking is confirmed, a photo of any valid government ID / passport of each guest will be asked so we can endorse it to the building property management. All documents will be dealt with extreme confidentiality and will only be used for the abovementioned purpose. Important Note About Hot Water: The unit is equipped with a water heater that provides hot water; however, due to a building-wide issue, it may occasionally shut off after a few uses. There is 24/7 maintenance available to reset it if needed. Please consider this before booking, especially if reliable hot water is essential for your stay.
