This recently updated duplex unit is the perfect location for your stay in Albury. Comfortable and clean, in a quiet and leafy part of Albury. It's right opposite a cricket ground, netball courts, and the recently completed Albury skate park. All of this is an easy walk to the Albury city centre and comes at a very reasonable rate. The house is a low-fuss, double-brick Albury classic with with air conditioning, al fresco dining area, private back courtyard, and a laundry. The space This is a beutiful old home in a duplex configuration. Luckily, we own the other side of the duplex as well, so the house is very quiet and private. The property has 3 bedrooms. The bedding configuration is: 1 double, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk (i.e. 2 singles). Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house and back courtyard as you require. There is a single garage but it is not really available for use by guests. unless you drive a Nissan Micra, your car won't fit anyway. You are able to use 1 half of the driveway, but please leave the other half vacant for the tenants of the other duplex unit.
