This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier. The space Welcome to Finca Can Anna: A beautiful and tranquil place to relax! Enjoy spectacular mountain views and the proximity to the City of Sóller as well as the beach. This charming rural house surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town (L’Horta), just about 20 minutes away by foot from the city centre and only 1,5 mile from the beach. The house has been lovingly and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious typical Majorcan “entrada”, a beautiful dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the lovely patio. The mezzanine offers a living room with a fireplace and a TV- corner as well as a small bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom with an adjacent dressing room. The large patio right in front of the house offers a lot of sun as well as shady places. And iIt is equipped with a table for six persons and a BBQ. Just a few steps down from the house across the driveway, you will find the beautiful and widespread garden area with its 10m long pool and adjacent terrace with beach loungers offering plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. Another lawn area is further down from the pool area – an ideal spot for kids to play or enjoy some “me-time”. There is a private park deck providing sufficient space for two cars. The neighbourhood: 500m from the Finca, you will reach the heart of L’Horta, where the famous Sóller- tram stops on its way to the beach. There you will also find a friendly small local shop that will cater to all your basic needs, an excellent bakery (Forn de Barri), and two local cafes/bars where you will meet the locals. Just a little further down the road is a fantastic local supermarket (Agromart). Finca Can Anna welcomes kids: We provide a baby bed and a baby high-chair. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier und all electric outlets are safeguarded. As the house is equipped with central heating and has two fireplaces, it will stay comfortably warm during cooler months. Therefore, it is ideal for guests who will visit during the off-season for hiking, biking, or other outdoor activities. The heating cost will be charged extra depending on individual consumption. Winter time: We have a Bast sauna tent in the garden. It’s heated with wood, and from inside the tent you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
