Discover the serene Little Green Lake, a haven for families and their pets. Our lodging boasts four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two game rooms, a hot tub, among other amenities. The game rooms are equipped with ping pong, foosball, a life-size Connect Four, children's games, and more. Enjoy swimming and fishing in the clear waters, teeming with bass, panfish, walleye, and musky. For added convenience, boat rental services are offered on the lake. We are 15 minutes from Green Lake launches. The space This property features a newly renovated house that accommodates 14 people. Entering from the garage, guests are greeted with life-sized games, an area for filleting fish, and a table seating eight for card games or enjoying a beverage. Walking through the French doors, which can be left open, one can engage in a round of ping pong while mingling with others in the garage. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a cozy gas fireplace and a spacious shower. The second bedroom offers a private tub and shower combination. Opposite the second bedroom lies the laundry room/half bath. It is equipped with 20 beach towels, a washer and dryer, a laundry sink, as well as laundry pods, bleach, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Across from the master bedroom is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, complete with four counter-height bar stools to savor a morning coffee or engage in conversation while cooking. It boasts a double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and coffee station. Included are a blender, smoothie maker, microwave, crockpots, and BBQ utensils to meet all your cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the dining room, which accommodates six people and overlooks the picturesque lake. Additionally, there is the primary living room, complete with a 60" smart TV. A couch and two leather chairs are arranged facing the glass sliding doors that offer a stunning view of the lake. Step out from the dining room to discover the natural gas grill, which requires no propane, and an outdoor table seating six. Adjacent to the deck, equipped with a baby gate for the safety of small children, is a hot tub that accommodates six. A short stroll away, you'll find kayaks and paddleboards for your enjoyment on the lake. We do offer mosquito and bug services; however, as it is an outdoor setting, we cannot control the insects or small animals that nature may present. In the basement, there are two additional bedrooms: one features a queen bed and the other contains two bunk beds, two queens and two twin XL. Each room is equipped with its own smart TV. Additionally, there is a second living area that includes a sleeper sofa, a 60" smart TV, a dining table for six, and a children's table stocked with books, crayons, colored pencils, and coloring books. A variety of board games and cards are also available for entertainment. Moreover, there is a separate game room outfitted with darts, foosball, and a life-sized Connect Four. We also have a wet bar with drinking glasses and wine glasses and another full-size refrigerator. Adjacent to the living room is another full-sized bathroom equipped with a tub-shower combination. In each of the bathrooms, you'll find ample extra towels and washcloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. Please note that complimentary starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets are provided. Other things to note Other things to note ****PLEASE READ**** Please adhere to the following rules to avoid additional charges: 1. Clean the gas grill after each use. The provided sponge is dishwasher safe and must be cleaned before your departure. 2. Well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog. We have a limit of two dogs; the fee for the second dog will be requested after booking. All dogs must be declared before the stay. Discovery of more dogs on the premises than declared at booking may result in additional fees or immediate eviction. Cats are not permitted. 3. Clean up after your dog using the provided bags and dispose of them in the outdoor trash can at the front of the house. Use the provided dog tie out to secure your dog at all times. There are two of them, on right by the deck and the other by the fire pit. 4. Should there be signs of dogs on beds or furniture, or if dog waste is not cleaned up outdoors, a $100 fee will be charged post-stay. 5. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house, with the exception of the designated area in the front of the house. 6. Do not use the outdoor chairs by the fire pit, the ashes will burn the chairs. The chairs to be used are tan and on the deck. Please restack them after use so they do not get blown away. 7. No more than the allowed guest count on property unless approved prior to stay. No illegal activity - fireworks, drugs or underage drinking allowed. This will lead to immediate eviction.
