The kitchen includes all major appliances and has a large island that seats 4, along with a dining table that seats 6 to 8. Additionally, on the main floor there are two bedrooms (2 queen beds)and a full bath. Main bedroom is on the second floor with a king-size bed and two-person sitting area. The downstairs features a large TV/Family room with a 52" flat screen TV large leather sectional that seats 5+, a pub table that seats two, and a mini fridge. There is also a half-bath off of this room for easy access. There is an additional smaller living room with a 42" Plasma TV, 3-person couch and kitchenette that includes a microwave, mini-fridge, sink and cook top. Connected to this room is a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. Laundry room available for your use. Outdoor area includes covered front porch with seating for 4. Spacious deck off the kitchen with outdoor patio furniture that accommodates 6 for lounging and eating. Backyard includes, hot tub, patio with a fire pit and a basketball hoop. Driveway has parking for 2 cars and free street parking. Other things to note We love pets, but will not be allowing pets for this rental. Please be mindful of neighbors when enjoying the backyard with regards to music and loud entertaining. There is no house to the left, but there is a house to the right of the home. No drugs, no smoking indoors, no parties. Please respect our home and understand that any damages incurred may result in the security deposit not being returned.
