Private cottage in Olga Hill in a quiet and central area, 5 minutes from the sea and excellent surfing beaches. Bright and beautiful 3-level house - huge courtyard, vegetable garden, green vegetation, huge and spacious space with high ceiling, kitchen and luxurious bathtub. There's also a trapeze and a swing if you're circus artists. The house has 3 independent cats (most of the time outside and come to eat occasionally). Master bedroom with toilet and shower on the top level. Another bedroom downstairs on the lower level. On the middle level there is a study and clinic and another bathroom only (no additional shower) there is a lot of privacy. Available on 10/8-11/1
