Swim, kayak or paddle board from our Beach!!!

Most people call our place Paradise and it truly is! We do live on the property but travel frequently so we may or may not be home when you visit. We are available if you have questions but you will have privacy. WE DO NOT ALLOW BIG PARTIES. Our maximum amount of guests is 6 people. We have a beautifully furnished 1280 sq. ft. two bedroom, one bath garage apartment ready for your enjoyment.; MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The kitchen-living area is a large, open space where you can still enjoy family time while cooking. The living area has a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. The living area also has a full size sleeper sofa. This apartment is situated directly behind our house (about 150' from the lake). Our property is located at the end of the street so we're secluded with lots of trees. We have a large dock with two boat slips and ladder (for swimming) plus a large seating area (no splinters-we used all recycled composite boards)! Enjoy our sandy beach area where kids can walk out into the lake to swim or sit and play in the sand (our grand kids love it)! Also enjoy our nice fire-pit area that overlooks the lake. It's a great place to roast marshmallows or hot dogs over an open fire in the evenings as you watch the moon come up over the main channel. Bring your own boat or jet skis, there is boat launching nearby. Or, rent a boat by the day or week from What's Up Watersports, CS Rentals of LN, Lake Norman Marine and others that specialize in Jet Ski and pontoon rentals. While our home is close to many good restaurants and other attractions you will feel that you have entered your own private retreat. We are about 10 miles from Mooresville, NC....also known as Race City USA. We supply your initial start up of toilet paper and paper towels. Enjoy all the comforts of home as you relax and build precious memories at our “Private Point” resort!! So.... come and enjoy!!! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU CAME!!! **Linens and bath towels are provided.** We supply a start up of toilet tissue and paper towels. Toiletry items are NOT provided, such as bath soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. **SOME BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED - YOU MAY WANT TO BRING EXTRAS*** **This is a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE rental. Absolutely NO pets are allowed at the home.** PUBLIX SUPER MARKET AT THE VILLAGE SHOPPES IS ONLY 5.4 MILES FROM OUR PLACE. You'll find Joey's Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Mexican restaurant, Jersey Mikes and a Starbucks at this shopping center.
