For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before and after each event. The BEST part is that we do not charge you extra for the cleaning fee. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our property is not suitable for accommodating them. Please note that Mimi's guard dog is keeping watch of the property but will be staying in the Main House during events. ★ COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY/PICKUP FEE ON PARTY RENTALS ★ You can rent anything you need for your party, chairs, tables, games, bouncy house, chafers, and much more. Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. The designated area smoking area is the fire pit. ★ PEST CONTROL ★ Mosquito Plus ensures comprehensive pest control for our property, however, given our idyllic location adjacent to over 100+ acres of wooded land, encounters with insects and wildlife are a natural part of the experience. While we do our best to manage pests, the presence of these creatures is an inherent feature of our beautiful, rustic setting. Thank you very much for your understanding.
