The space Our accommodation has a covered garage for 1 car (fits a pickup truck, but with little clearance), electric gate, spacious living room with Smart-TV, sofa bed, air-conditioned, workstation with table and chair, dining room with large table that accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, full kitchen with all basic utensils, plus wine glass, breakfast tray, electric capsule coffee maker and toaster, bathroom with heated shower and box, 1 four with air conditioning, double bed, coat rack, iron and a hammock (we have hangers in the bedroom, living room and outdoor area), outdoor area with set of chairs and swimming pool with hydromassage and lighting, as well as a rain shower and a small laundry room with a sink. We provide bed, table and bath linens at no cost according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding is charged a fee. We have an extra single mattress at no additional cost, but a request must be made in advance, and it will be accompanied by bed linen and a pillow. Please be advised that our bed and bath linens will be provided sanitized and sealed. Guest access Our environment does not contain shared areas and is entirely exclusive. Access to the accommodation is through Self Check-in, all instructions for access and location of the property will be provided on the day of check-in, in order to facilitate your arrival.
