Situated just minutes from the main Loma Linda Campus as well as walking distance to multiple parks and playgrounds, this quiet home on a cul-de-sac near Lawton and Bryn Mawr is perfect for families wanting a private place. We have a crib set up for you and have set up the area to be child-friendly. We love hosting families. Short drive to Historic Downtown Redlands as well as great hiking trails in the Hulda Crook hills. The space With 4 bedrooms and 3 full-sized baths, our place has plenty of options for multiple families or larger groups. All bedrooms require stair access except for the 2nd bedroom. Master Bedroom: Features a spacious California King bed, an attached full bath, a walk-in closet, and a stunning mountain view. Second Bedroom: Located downstairs, this room has a comfortable Queen bed and easy access to a nearby downstairs full bath with a tub. Third Bedroom: Equipped with two twin beds that can be stacked or unstacked as needed, along with a full-sized crib. Double-blackout curtain/shade and sound machine provided with changing pad. Fourth Bedroom/Study: Offers a Full bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer, and a futon that reclines or folds flat for those who prefer a non-supine sleeping position. Extra padding is available in the closet for added comfort. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, providing a space where you can unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with the people who matter most. While we do have two Roku TVs with guest access, we hope you'll take advantage of everything else our place has to offer—whether it's relaxing on the outdoor patio, making meals in the fully furnished kitchen, or picking fresh oranges or lemons from the trees. Plus, with so many great restaurants nearby, there’s plenty to explore. You are welcome to use the Roomba during your stay. Garage access is available, and I am happy to send you a code upon request for short-term stays. Queen tall air mattress is available for usage downstairs. Guest access Entire home.
