Bedrooms: This home offers five bedrooms on the main level. The layout includes a mix of king, queen, double, and bunk beds, along with an additional floor mattress for extra sleeping flexibility Bathrooms: There are three fully renovated bathrooms throughout the home, including a primary ensuite. Each bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and either a shower or a shower/tub combination. Kitchen, Dining and Living: The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a coffee station with a Keurig. The dining area includes seating for guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter and outdoors. The living areas offer comfortable seating, smart TVs, and spaces designed for relaxation. Outdoor Space: A spacious backyard with a seasonal pool (availability may vary), hot tub, fire pit, and additional amenities designed for casual, low-impact use. Street parking is not permitted under any circumstances. Vehicles must not block sidewalks, driveways, or neighboring properties. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense. Smart locks, security cameras, and noise monitoring devices are installed for safety and compliance. Pet friendly with a $150 fee per pet. Maximum of two pets under 50 lbs. Pool is not heated and may not be available during certain months. The hot tub remains available year-round. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect neighbors at all times, including noise levels, parking, and outdoor behavior. Other things to note No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music, loud conversations, or gatherings are permitted during this time. Violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property Outdoor Amenities Pool (unavailable October-May) ☀ However, the hot tub will be operational during those months. Pool is not heated We'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a major contributing factor. Outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, and backyard areas) may not be used between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. When using the hot tub, please keep kids feet clean Respect for Neighbors This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests must respect neighbors at all times, including noise levels, parking, and outdoor behavior. Any complaints from neighbors may result in immediate action, including fines or removal from the property. Golf Use Use of golf balls or any activity that may project objects into neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee ($150) has been paid. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors and must not enter neighboring properties Outdoor Cushions Please help us to keep the cushions in good shape for the next guests. The cushions should be in the garage upon your arrival or they were kept outside to dry. Please put the cushions in the garage when you are not using them so they don’t get rained on. If we have a cover, please use the cover. If they are wet they should remain outside to dry. Thank you for your help here! Service Days Landscaping is scheduled for Tuesday, and hot tub cleaning happens on Thursday—though these may vary. Trash ONLY use the designated trash bins located on the property. Make sure both are set to the same mode (heat, cool, or auto) to function properly. Indoor Fireplace This is for decoration only and cannot be used at any time.
