Hi, friends! from Simona and Gianni We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation, surrounded by greenery and offering ample free private parking. You can reach Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport and Fiera di Roma in 20 minutes by car. In just a few minutes, you can be in the historic center of OSTIA ANTICA and at the Archaeological Park. We are located a few kilometers from the Lido di Ostia sea. Staying with us, you can see the beauty of Rome just 30 minutes away by public transport and enjoy some relaxation by the sea. The space A fantastic three-room apartment is fully renovated with 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa-bed, full kitchen,air conditioners in all rooms,smart TVs and wifi. It is 2 minutes from the bus stop (012), which in 13 minutes will take you to Acilia central station where the direct train will take you to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator of a very bright early 90s building. Once you step inside, you will be welcomed by a large living area with a dining table, sofa bed, air conditioner, smart TV, wardrobe, and a lovely balcony with a small table. Adjacent to the living area, you will find a fantastic kitchen equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Continuing along the same path, you will be greeted by a comfortable balcony. The property has 2 very bright double bedrooms,equipped with all the comforts. The first one features a comfortable double mattress,air conditioner,wardrobe, and smart TV. The second one comes with two single beds,which can be combined if needed. Italso has an air conditioner,closet,smart TV, and fantastic LED lights throughout the entire bed structure. At the end of the apartment, 2 full bathrooms and windows of everything you need: shower with waterfall, washing machine, sanitary ware and sink. We are sorry to inform you that for hygiene/health regulations and respect for people with allergies, access to our furry friends is prohibited. There is also a hair dryer and very nice containers where you can place all your personal bathroom items and makeup cases. ---------------------------------------------------------- For each guest, a WELCOME KIT consists of: - Three towels (Body towel, hand/face towel, bidet towel)+ Shower mat You can find body soaps to share inside a closet. You will find some packaged snacks for breakfast as a courtesy. There is salt, oil, and sugar available in the house. The house has a Gas/Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector, an Extinguisher, and an Emergency Room Kit. In the neighborhood, you will find all the services such as restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, about a 10-minute walk away. Just outside the apartment there is a long free parking area along the main street or in the internal parking lot,also free. No smoking in the apartment Inside the apartment there are smoke detectors with alarms. The apartment is located in a building where other people live, so the utmost respect for other residents is required, noise, loud music, shouting, shouting, etc. Throughout the stay,especially during the quiet hours provided by the condominium rules (1:00 pm- 4:00pm -8:00am) Inside the apartment you will find a brochure containing the location and number of competent organs,as well as the location of the bus stops, train station with guide to get to Rome, nearest attractions, restaurants,excavations of ancient host and lots of evening fun inside the ancient Ostia village.
