You can reach the airport in a few minutes by car. of Fiumicino LEONARDO DI VINCI and the new Rome fair. We are located a few kilometers from the sea shore of Ostia. Staying with us, you can see the beauty of Rome just 30 minutes away by public transport and enjoy some relaxation by the sea. The space A fantastic, completely renovated three-room apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV and Wi-Fi awaits you. It is 2 minutes from the bus stop (012), which in 13 minutes will take you to the central station of Acilia where the direct train will take you to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a very bright building from the early 90s. Once you cross the threshold, you will be welcomed by a large living area with dining table, sofa bed, air conditioner, smart TV, wardrobe and a lovely balcony with table. Adjacent to the living area you will find a fantastic kitchen equipped with: Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Electric kettle, Dishwasher and all the useful tools for cooking. Continuing on, you will be welcomed by a comfortable balcony. The property has 2 very bright double bedrooms, equipped with all amenities. The first features a comfortable double mattress, air conditioner, wardrobe and smart TV. The second comes with two single beds, which can be joined if needed. It also has air conditioning, a closet, smart TV and fantastic LED lights along the entire bed frame. To conclude, the apartment has 2 full and windowed bathrooms with everything you need: shower with waterfall showerhead, washing machine, toilet and sink. We are sorry to inform you that due to hygiene/health regulations and out of respect for people with allergies, access to our furry friends is prohibited. There is also a hairdryer and very nice containers where you can place all personal items from bathrooms and makeup bags. ---------------------------------------------------------- For each guest there is a WELCOME KIT consisting of: - Three soft towels (Body towel, hand/face towel, bidet towel) + shower mat - Shower bath lotion/shampoo - Hand soap - Single-use slippers Upon arrival, you will find a bottle of still and sparkling water in the fridge and a savory snack. The house has a Gas/Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector, a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit. In the neighborhood you will find all services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Right outside the apartment there is a long free parking area along the main street or in the indoor parking lot, which is also free. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. Smoke detectors with alarms are present inside the apartment. The apartment is located in a building where other people live, so the utmost respect is required for other residents, so noises, loud music, clamor, shouting, etc. are prohibited. Throughout your stay, especially during the quiet hours required by the condominium rules (1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.) Inside the apartment you will find a brochure containing the location and number of the competent bodies, as well as the location of the bus stops, train station with guide to get to Rome, nearest attractions, restaurants, excavations of Ostia Antica and lots of evening fun inside the hamlet of Ostia Antica.
