Welcome to our beautiful apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of Venice-Mestre, a strategic location for exploring the wonders of Venice and its surroundings. Our accommodation offers a comfortable environment, ideal for couples, families and business travelers. The apartment is in a quiet area with easy access to public transportation (bus stop 500 meters). Enjoy this stay in our cozy apartment, where comfort and tranquility meet. The space The property can be used by up to 4 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room with a French mattress Guest access You will find a lockbox containing the apartment keys. The code will be provided to you upon your arrival. Other things to note At the rental location, you will find all the connections and transit schedules for Venice (if you have any trouble figuring it out, we'll be happy to help). You can purchase tickets at the newsstand near the rental location, through the AVM app, or on board by asking the driver. Upon your arrival, you will be asked for the IDs of all guests and to pay the ACCOMMODATION TAX, which is €3 per night per person for adults and €1.50 per night for each child aged 10 to 15 years old. Exonerated under the age of 10. The tourist tax is payable for a maximum of 5 nights. Payment of the accommodation tax ALSO includes free entry to the city of Venice (ACCESS FEE).
