Perfect for a relaxing getaway, our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The space The Sko Cove offers a welcoming retreat year-round. With its blend of modern and vintage charm, the home features soothing natural tones of green and brown, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living areas are perfect for relaxation, featuring a fireplace for those chilly evenings and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during warmer months. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ready for all your culinary adventures, whether you’re whipping up a hearty winter meal or a refreshing summer feast. Enjoy meals with elevated dishes and silverware, adding a touch of elegance to your dining experience. No matter the season, you'll find plenty of comfort and convenience throughout the home, ensuring a delightful stay regardless of the weather. Unique Features: Game Room & Bar: Enjoy a fun evening in the basement with a game room and bar. The game room features a trunk full of games and cozy blankets to snuggle up with. The large projector is equipped with an HDMI port—please bring your own streaming device to connect and enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The wet bar is complete with a mini fridge for your convenience. Cozy Loft Reading Nook: Escape to a serene loft area featuring a cozy reading nook with classic novels and unique vibey lighting, perfect for unwinding with a good book. Outdoor Amenities: The spacious outdoor patio is perfect for gatherings, featuring a BBQ and seasonal furniture, including a dining table, comfortable couch seating areas, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. There's also a seasonal fire pit, which is available as a propane fire pit during the burn ban season, ideal for stargazing and roasting marshmallows. We also provide floaties for guests to take with them to the lake. Private Community Access: Guests can enjoy a short walk to a private park with a boat ramp, beach, playground, dock, BBQ terrace, and volleyball court. A boat launch pass can be arranged for a small fee with advance notice. Level 2 J1772 EV Charger: Free for guest use, making it convenient for electric vehicle owners. Location: Our home is ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from Lake Cushman, where you can enjoy a private park with a beach that features a playground, dock, BBQ terrace, and volleyball court. For nature enthusiasts, popular hiking trails like Mt Ellinor, Staircase, and Big Creek are easily accessible. The charming town of Hoodsport offers delightful dining experiences, boutique shopping, and tastings at local wineries, a brewery, and a distillery. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of three locked closets: two in the basement and one in the kitchen. Please do not enter the wood shed next to the home. Other things to note While The Sko Cove is designed with comfort and elegance in mind, it may not be the most suitable for small children due to its features and layout. We kindly request that guests adhere to the following rules: no pets, no smoking or vaping inside, and no parties, as we are situated in a private, quiet community.
