Adorable and relaxing studio 19 min from the beach

A private, beautifully renovated space in my home, ideal for 1 or 2 guests, but it is totally independent with a separate, autonomous and private entrance,Just 20 minutes from the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island, and close to beautiful nature preserves, parks, and local attractions. In a quiet, safe neighborhood,our space is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Enjoy the convenience of a peaceful retreat with easy access to all the area has to offer The space The accommodation has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV. A bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hot and cold water. A coffee bar area where you can find a coffee maker, coffee, and tea, among others, a teapot, a sandwich maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery, and everything you may need for a short stay. We also have a beach kit that includes an umbrella, chairs, and towels. We also have a small area in front of the studio with chairs, a table, and an umbrella to enjoy the sun and the fresh air. Guest access The studio is located on the right side of the house, at the end of the hallway. It is completely independent and private, with no access to the main house. It also has its own parking space in front of the entrance, as shown in the photos. Other things to note This house has a privileged location for guests, we are very close to restaurants, supermarkets, just 17 minutes by car from beautiful white sand beaches (Ana Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach and Siesta Key Beach, nature reserves, a few minutes from museums, 10 minutes from IMG Academy, just 7 minutes from LECOM Park, our small place is the perfect place to stay between trips to the beach and other local attractions.
