Book your stay now & make unforgettable memories at Annie's House" The space Annie's house is open plan family kitchen/living area with 4 bedrooms, walk-in ensuite shower room, and separate bathroom. Annie's has its own private entrance and parking area with private gardens with a thermal spa /Hot tub and outdoor living area. Annie's is close to the main road, in a private setting. Beaches are close by and walking distance to Moville town and on the opposite direction to Greencastle village, approx. 1.5 mile each way. The tub is for your use during your stay, we may ask for a deposit on or before your arrival to ensure that no damages occur to the tub or property during your stay and will be returned after inspection. Guest access Guests have access to the House and Gardens. The Thermal Spa area is also available and is included in the price of your stay. however the barbeque and outdoor fire pit comes with a small charge to cover gas. Other things to note Access to thermal health spa It is best to ensure that if you're using this facility correctly we like to note that whilst using the Spa, that NO make-up, fake tan can be worn in the tub, you need to shower to remove any excess soap/shower gels/shampoo off your skin which causes foaming in the tub. This may need retreated/emptied to help keep the tub in good condition prior to the next guest arrival. its better to bring your own swimwear and footwear. Please do not enter the tub if you have any broken skin, skin conditions such as psoriasis or cuts or skin infection or foot infections as this may irriate your skin more. Rubbish collection is every Tuesday and bins are lifted alternating from household waste to recyclable. For the security and safety of our guests and our property we have had to install eternal cameras located at the front and rear of Annie's. A deposit of €300 is required prior to your stay, and will be returned in full, provided there are no damages to the property and/or the facilities listed. Please let us know in time of any issues that occur during your stay.
