The Experience: Wake up with the sun and stroll the white sand beach, collecting sea glass or simply letting the waves brush your feet. Curl up in a hammock or a cozy bench with your favorite book and feel the ocean breeze kiss your skin. Whether it’s lounging in the gazebo, soaking up the sun on the deck, or unwinding on a veranda with views of the sea and John Crow Mountains, Serendipity offers endless moments of serenity. In the evening, gather around a bonfire with loved ones and let the flames dance along the shoreline. Villa Layout: • The main villa is located to the right of the gate • The owner’s private suite (not accessible to guests) is directly in front of the gate • Above the owner’s suite sits the Skyview Suite, with private access via the far left staircase Sky Deck (exclusive to Skyview guests): Lounge chairs, hammocks, tables, a full-service grill, and a sun tanning area await you—perfect for a rooftop retreat. Explore the Grounds: Wander through lush gardens filled with exotic flowers, towering palms, and fruit trees—a true Zen oasis. Guest access Beachfront Property The property’s main access is through a secure front driveway gate and a walk-through gate, both requiring a code. While beaches in Jamaica are not private, our beach is tucked away in a quiet cove with the only stairwell access leading directly to the shore, offering a secluded and peaceful experience. The beach is typically sandy, though natural conditions may cause it to be rocky at times. We recommend guests bring water shoes for added comfort. Other things to note Property access is limited to registered guests unless approved by the hosts. We are also an event destination. An event fee will be charged for events. Please note that all events MUST be preapproved by us and appropriate fees paid based on the number of guests before the event. No exceptions.
