Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a bright and open living, kitchen, and dining space designed for easy living. Our fully equipped kitchen features everything you need: a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and oven. The sleek peninsula is perfect for a quick coffee, breakfast, or even catching up on work with your laptop. Unwind in the living room on our large, comfy sofa that invites you to relax, read a book or watch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV. When needed, the sofa easily converts into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space. The dining area is cozy yet elegant, comfortably seating four for meals or conversation. We’ve provided all the essentials—cutlery, napkins, and placemats—to make your dining experience easy and pleasant. Retreat to the bedroom, where a cozy queen-sized bed awaits you, offering the perfect spot for a restful night's sleep. The bedroom is equipped with a closet and large mirrors, allowing you to settle in comfortably and feel right at home. A window brings in natural light and fresh air, creating a serene atmosphere. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring a modern shower, toilet, and hand-held bidet for your convenience. To top off your stay, head up to the rooftop and enjoy a dip in the small pool. Whether you want to cool down, sunbathe, or take in the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea or surrounding mountains, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Guest access You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, ensuring both privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, and the apartment features central heating and air conditioning—please be mindful when using them. Bed linens, towels, beach towels, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs are provided for your convenience and entertainment. Additionally, you will also have access to the rooftop pool which is shared with the other residents of the building. Please take into account the building administration rules for pool use in our house rules. Other things to note The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is 290 meters or a 4 min walk away. Carreffour is 450 meters away. The nearest pharmacy (Farmacia Molina) is 100m away, and there´s another one (Farmacia Reding) which opens from 9AM until Midnight just 450m away.
