The space The apartment features a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The living room has a small sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person, making the space perfect for up to 3 guests. The bathroom is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Enjoy the charm of Seville from the apartment's two balconies, which allow natural light to flood in and provide a view of the Sevillian streets. Although the balconies are not furnished, they are the perfect spot to relax and feel the city's breeze. Conveniently located, you'll be just steps away from major tourist attractions. The Cathedral and Giralda are a 10-minute walk away, as is the Alameda de Hércules, where you'll find restaurants and shops. This apartment is the ideal base for your stay in Seville! Other things to note We are a smoke-free area, so smoking is not allowed in any area or flat of the building. Take care of the flat: On the day of departure please leave the flat in good condition. Close to each flat you will find bins for rubbish. Do not leave dirty kitchenware in the kitchen. We care about your rest and the rest of our neighbours. Please be aware of the noise during the whole day and especially after 10 p.m. please relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Help us to take care of the environment: Make a conscious use of water, air conditioning and heating. Remember to turn off the air conditioning/heating when you are not in the flat.
