At the 3rd floor of a typical Roman building (there is no lift) in the heart of Trastevere halfway between Piazza San Cosimato and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, furnished apartment combining the modernity of the furniture and the resin floor with the splendid exposed beams . There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; upon request we can also prepare a single bed. To get around you can easily walk or take tram no. 8 to Piazza Venezia The space The apartment is composed as follows: - entrance leads immediately into the KITCHEN which is equipped with 4 burners, oven, sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, small table for a quick lunch. - you then arrive in the LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, smart TV - behind the living room the first DOUBLE BEDROOM with wardrobe. There is an armchair that can become a SINGLE BED on request - bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, bidet and sink - the corridor leads to the SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM with private bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and sink Air conditioning, heating and wifi are available Guest access By staying at our apartment you will have access to the entire apartment. Upon check-in we will give you the keys to access independently during your stay. Other things to note - Check in is from 16.00 to 22.00. If you plan to arrive earlier, report it in advance, we will do everything to accommodate you. For arrivals after 10.00 pm and before midnight a supplement of 30€ will be applied, after midnight a supplement of 50€ will be applied instead. The supplement will be paid cash upn arrival. - We remind you that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am. - The city tax is included in the price you paid to Airbnb and is equal to 6/night per person (for children under 10 it is free). - The good rules that everyone has in their own home and for a peaceful life in a condominium building; respect the rest times, from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 22:00. - Upon your arrival you will be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. In any case we speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood. - Sheets and towels are provided.
