Two private rooms

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space It's a duplex apartment or like a townhouse. On the ground floor is the kitchen, a living room and a guest toilet. There is a terrace to a courtyard with seating. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and laundry tower (washing machine and dryer). All bedrooms are lockable and one of them is my private room. I am very rarely at home and leave the apartment at 5:45 am. Guest access In general, all areas are usable except my private room. During your stay I am always available by text message. Other things to note Since it is a townhouse and has neighbors on both sides. Please take the quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am into account.
