Located in the central Ciudad del Río luxury complex right in the center of Guayaquil. You will get a beautiful view of the Guayas River from the room and have walking distance access to all the best attractions Guayaquil city center has to offer. On the usual hot days, you'll be able to enjoy the sun in the infinity edge pool downstairs. NOTE: gym and pool facilities are only available to the AirBnB tenant of the apartment, i.e. no extra guests allowed. When staying at the flat you'll have access, however no extra guests allowed as per common space policy. Other things to note The building security requests that all guests register with official ID (e.g. passport) to have access to common areas such as pool and gym. Once booking is confirmed you will send a picture ID to us. Ecuador is located on the “ring of fire” which is the margin at which movements of land masses collide and generate earthquakes. The Bellini Tower building is a modern earthquake resistant structure. However, in case of an earthquake you will exit calmly using the stairs and gather outside.
