The 2nd Floor Bedroom is perfect for short stays with a private bath, window view, and shared access to the kitchen and laundry. I stay on the 1st floor, and the basement room may be occupied. The house stays cool at 67 to 69 degrees with extra blankets available. Simple, quiet, and comfortable, just the way a stay should be. The space The kitchen and living room feature an open-concept design, creating a spacious and welcoming feel. The guest bedroom is located upstairs and includes a private walk-in bathroom with a sink and shower. You’ll have the entire second floor to yourself for maximum privacy and comfort. I live on the first floor and keep a low profile, aside from the occasional moment in the kitchen, I’m typically working, sleeping, or relaxing with some TV. The backyard is set up for peaceful downtime, perfect for getting fresh air or enjoying a quiet read. The front porch is just as inviting, with beautiful sunset views from both outdoor spaces. Guest access 1st floor, kitchen, laundry room. Please do not go downstairs in the movie room. During your stay I can be available for guests, and I am very sociable, or I can disappear and let them have the 1st floor all to themselves. I am a cook, so I will likely be in the kitchen at times. There may be guests in the basement, so all I ask is that my guests be aware of their t.v. volumes. Other things to note I have two listings in this home. This listing is for the 2nd Floor Bedroom. The other listing, the Movie Room in the basement, has been available for some time. 2 guests only.
