There are dozens of restaurants and cafes in all directions. You'll enjoy a third-floor exterior flat with a lift. It's two blocks from Barcelona's most popular live theatres and one block from Carrer de Blai, "the best street for tapas and Pinchas in Barcelona." The restaurants on Parliament Street are three blocks away. The space The three-bedroom flat (for stays of 32+DAYS) overlooks the street from the living room, kitchen and prime bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with lovely beechwood countertops. There is a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and a high end combo washer/dryer. The living room leads to a bistro table balcony overlooking Carrer de Margarit. The flat has a new ducted air-conditioning and heating system in all rooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom/office/sitting room has a hybrid twin/full bed (see photos) a beautiful artisan stained glass window and a desk. My favourite room to enjoy a wee bit of solitude. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the flat. Other things to note Good news! Please remember that all stay agreements must be for at least 32 days per Barcelona's holiday home rules. But note, if you plan to stay for at least 25 days, the automatic monthly discount allows you to stay for 32 days at no additional cost. You might want to take advantage of an extra week's stay.
