FOREST VIEW Suite (with breakfast)

Bedroom with bathroom in a residence next to the green area and close to the city center. Shared living room, with large balcony and panoramic view, accessible to the guest. Breakfast included. NOTES: 1) We are in Nova Petrópolis, 34 km from Gramado; 2) We only accept children from 8 years of age.- We are "Casa Colina do Sol". The space We have comfortable facilities and a privileged view of the green area. The suite has a queen size bed and a single bed, 32" TV with Chromecast device installed, air conditioning, electric kettle, full-length mirror and minibar. We offer guests a shared space with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, sink, and table with chairs. All the openings in the house are double glazed and have mosquito screens. We do daily cleaning of the suite. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests will have access to the living room with a fireplace, as well as the multipurpose room, where breakfast is served, and which features a pool table and other amenities such as books, a piano and a guitar. The green area adjacent to the residence is also available for a walk. During your stay We will be available to guests during their stay. Other things to note This suite has parking in the indoor garage. We provide a set of towels for each guest and a set of sheets for each bed. We provide soap, shampoo and a hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: On long holidays and in the second half of July and December, the minimum booking is 2 nights. IMPORTANT: The daily rate that appears on the opening of the site corresponds to the low season. On long holidays and in the months of July and December, the daily rate is increased (go to the check-in / check-out board and simulate the days of accommodation to confirm the amount). The "service fee" is the fee charged by Airbnb (in a percentage close to 13% of the daily rate). VOLTAGE in the house: 220V. PRIVACY: The suites are private, i.e. they are NOT shared with other guests.
