Guests shall be subject to and must comply with the provisions of the Condominium Property Regulation Law, the Condominium and Administration Regulations governing THE PACIFIC POINT COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL TOURIST VERTICAL CONDOMINIUM, this Regulation, and any additional regulations or instructions given by the Condominium Administrator. Prior to guest arrival date, guests must provide all the legal names of all the planned registered guests along with their matching passport or driver's license numbers. Guests, without exception, must report to The Pacific Point reception desk for check-in and must show their identification (passport or driver's license) to the security attendant.
