Casa Iriria is located very close to numerous beaches and just four minutes from downtown Playas del Coco. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate eight people. It has air-conditioned spaces and ample parking. We are assiduous defenders of environmental conservation, care and respect for nature and the resources it offers us, therefore, we incorporate sustainable practices in the care and maintenance of the house. The space The house has 2 full bathrooms, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, ample parking space, a garden, a patio, and a terrace. The house is ready for you to contribute to the care of the environment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its furnishings, except for the cellar, washer, and dryer. For long stays (more than a week) their use is allowed.
