Casa Iriria, in harmony with nature

The Iriria house is located very close to numerous beaches and only four minutes from the center of Playas del Coco. It is equipped to comfortably serve eight people. It has air-conditioned spaces and ample parking. We are assiduous advocates of environmental conservation, care and respect for nature and the resources we offer, therefore, we incorporate sustainable practices in the care and maintenance of the house. The space The house has 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 rooms, dining room, kitchen, large parking space, garden, patio and a terrace. The house is arranged so that you can contribute to the care of the environment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its kitchen, with the exception of the cellar, washing machine and dryer. For long stays (more than a week) its use is allowed.
