The space This cozy ground-floor studio apartment is perfect for up to 2 guests and offers easy, convenient access. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Disney+. You'll also find bath and beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, a spacious closet, and complimentary coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials to help you settle in upon arrival. Guest access You'll enjoy exclusive access to the apartment through self check-in, allowing you to arrive independently at any time after the designated check-in time using a personal code that we will provide for the electronic smart lock. You'll also have access, on the second floor of our property, to a shared rooftop terrace and a shared laundry area equipped with a washer and a dryer. Free private parking for one vehicle is included. If you need, it could be with access to a 110 V or 220V outlets for complimentary electric vehicle charging at an additional cost (please check that your charger is compatible). Other things to note Our location is the perfect base for exploring Guanacaste. We're approximately 15–20 minutes from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, depending on traffic, just a few minutes from downtown Liberia, and only 10 minutes from La Ponderosa Adventure Park. You'll also enjoy easy access to Rincón de la Vieja National Park, La Leona Waterfall, hot springs, rivers, hiking trails, and some of Costa Rica's most beautiful North Pacific beaches. Our property is located in a tropical environment, so it is important to be aware of the presence of insects and other animals. While we take precautions such as regular pest control treatments, encounters with nature are normal. We cannot control every insect or small animal that may approach our apartment; therefore, we do not offer refunds for animal intrusions that are beyond our control. We kindly remind our guests to be mindful of the tropical surroundings and to enjoy the unique experience that this environment has to offer.
