We are proud to offer Heber's Cutie on the Corner! - A lovingly refurbished and tastefully decorated bungalow just off Heber's Historic Main Street. At one time a local church building, this newly restored bungalow has open rooms with high ceilings and charm in every corner. The interior is complete with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large fully landscaped backyard with Arctic Spa Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining, and firepit with Adirondack chairs. The space Only steps from downtown Heber and a short drive to Deer Valley, Park City, Midway and all that the Wasatch Back has to offer! A digital home guide and house manual will be emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival. We live very close by and will be your silent hosts. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you need anything at all. The home is located just a one blocks from Heber's historic downtown main street. Easily walkable, restaurants and shopping abound and with a short 5 min drive, you will be in lovely Midway City. Deer Valley's new East Village is only 10 min away, Park City is 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, please respect our neighbors! This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home, pet hair in the beds or furniture, or pet messes outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately. One of the most amazing restorations in Heber, the Cutie on the Corner is a local showpiece. A high ceilinged family room with oversized windows from its days as a local church look out at the Wasatch Back with views of the new Deer Valley East expansion. Each room has been carefully curated and loaded with character, keeping its long Heber heritage in mind. Parking for up to 4 vehicles or 2 with trailers on the oversized drive is for your exclusive use. The exterior of the home continues to deliver with a beautiful front porch and professional xeriscape landscaping throughout. A brand a Brand New Arctic Spa Hot Tub, outdoor dining table, Blackstone Grill and fire pit with Adirondack chairs provide multiple gathering spaces in the private and fully fenced backyard. Need a great place for a Flexcation getaway where you can work, host Zoom meetings, etc while the family has plenty of media bandwidth, this is the place. We have a 150 GB per Sec Internet Gateway that will keep all your devices humming along nicely. Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Upon booking Air BnB will send you a copy of our rental agreement which we will need signed prior to your arrival.
