Check-in starts from 15:00 The space For your convenience, please, read this description and other information carefully Just decorated with all new furniture and equipment flat in the heart of the Old Town of Prague, next to the Spanish Synagogue offers a great experience and comfort during your stay. The entire area of the flat is 103 sq. meters with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms (one of them with the shower, and another one with a real bath) with WC and bidet, and kitchen, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Newly designed and beautifully furnished. One bedroom has a double-size bed (180*200 cm), and another one has a 160*200 bed. There is also a comfortable convertible sofa bed in the spacious living room. Bathroom accessibility from both bedrooms and living room. You can also find a washing machine in the apartment. The flat is located on the 2nd floor WITH an elevator. There are many services that you can find in the flat. There is a nice kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a fridge, deep freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Once you buy the ingredients from the market, you can cook as you do in your own flat. No additional charges are required for the essentials. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment with all amenities and services. Other things to note Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in the whole world! It attracts thousands of tourists and visitors each year. It is a very safe city, where you can feel yourself very relaxed and comfortable. Just one thing for you to note: in Czech Republic there is a local currency – Czech crown, so please be very careful, when you change money. Don’t do this on the streets and even in exchanges, ask about a commission, because mostly all of them have around 20% commission. By the way, you can always withdraw cash from ATM or pay with a card. Also, be very careful, when you order a taxi. I don’t recommend you catch a cab on the street, cause it’s extremely expensive, better to use Uber or Bolt App (in Prague you can pay directly through the app or with cash - just change your settings in the application). When you come to my place, I kindly ask you to sign a registration card, with details of your stay and house rules, it will make feel ourselves safe from both sides. Due to the Czech foreign policy law, we are obliged to report all non-Czech citizens to the Police Department. You will be asked to fill in a form with your personal data that we use only for this matter after your check-in. Your data will be kept securely. According to the law, you will need to pay city tax which is 50 czk (or 2,5 EUR) per adult person per night (an adult person means a person is 15 years old or older). This amount is not included into the price, you will pay it during the check-in. Collection of the Fee (City Tax) is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees, as amended, and by the generally binding Decree No. 27/2003 Coll. of the City of Prague, on the Local Fee for Spa or Recreational Stay, as amended. Administration of the Fee is governed by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code, as amended.
