Cozy Mountain Villa w/ Hot Tub

Kick off your shoes and relax at our peaceful Pilot Mountain getaway. Enjoy our small farm with a creek, koi pond, green house and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Soak in our hot tub and feel free to bring your pets. We offer pet sitting as well, if needed during your stay. Enjoy your own private patio, entrance and accomodations on the basement level of our beautiful brick home. We know you will love it as much as we do! (Host lives on 1st floor with separate entrance.) The space Our home is on 10+ acres in beautiful Pilot Mountain NC. Guest access You will have private, key code access to all of the areas shown in the pictures and there is a locked door between you and the rest of the home. Other things to note *For prospective guests who do not have a minimum of 3 previous 4-5 star reviews on Airbnb we request a background check be completed prior to your arrival. If that's you, don’t worry, the process is easy! After booking, we will simply ask for your email address so that we can send you a link for this purpose. Our tenant screening company (TransUnion) does charge a $50 non-refundable fee. However, once a successful background check is received, and you’ve completed your stay in our Cozy Mountain Villa, we will apply a $50 credit to your account to offset this cost.
