There is no direct access to the river from the property, however, if you drive a mile in either direction, there are public areas to put kayaks in the water. You will have access to approximately 1/2 acre of property (grass/trees) surrounding the house. There are TWO vacation rentals on this property: Waterfall Wanderer and RiverBrü Cabin. There are side curtains on the covered deck for privacy. Please be respectful of all neighbors. Other things to note - Only registered guests may visit and/or stay Waterfall Wanderer - 4 (four) guests maximum with a minimum age of 13 for children - Minimum age of 21 to book - Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the house - For quiet enjoyment only; no parties
