Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment including beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella. You will also have a digital parking pass for one passenger vehicle. Other things to note Responsible party booking and staying must be 23 or older. No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property. Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
