The Sanctuary 14 acres w/pond/fishing/trails/& fun

Come and enjoy a getaway from the busy world to a quiet home in the woods in Brown County, located near Nashville, IN. You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and large mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The Sanctuary. The space Guests will enjoy staying at our place The Sanctuary. We have a beautiful house where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The gathering space is a great place to relax, look out the windows and door by the fire. Take your drinks outside to the large porch and deck. You can sit in a rocking chair or have dinner on the large table on the porch. You can take it all in on the dock down by our lovely pond and go Kayaking or paddle boating. This is not just a home but a 14 acre vacation destination. We are located in Beautiful Brown County Indiana and are close to a Dollar General. Nashville is a 10 minute drive and is full of shopping, eating and exploring. Don’t miss out on some scenic drives through Brown County state park. Or hike around some trails. We have a large playground for the kids with a fun rope swing. Kids will love this place. With your own 14 acres to explore you can have a wonderful vacation without ever leaving the property. Guest access Guests have access to eleven acres of trails in our woods. Fishing is available as well as paddle boat riding in the pond. The garage and sheds are not to be accessed by guests. Other things to note Our house is fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with all you will need. We have a crib if you have a baby, as well as a high chair. The dining area seats 14 to 16 .
