Welcome to the cutest loft in Queen West! Located in a prime location, you can either take a short walk to Ossington Street for some incredible cuisines, or hop on the rentable bikes on our street and visit the beach. Located on the streetcar line, you can access all of Toronto’s greatest adventures. You'll also find plenty of shops, bakeries, and clothing stores within steps of your front door. Welcome to our home—a cozy studio in Queen West with a peaceful view. Our building is truly one of a kind. Originally built in 1910 as a toy factory, it was beautifully converted into lofts in 1991, and now only 79 unique spaces like ours exist. Because it’s a heritage building, sound can carry easily. This is one of the quietest, most respectful communities in the city, and we want to keep it that way. If you choose to stay here, we ask that you honour the quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) and keep noise to a minimum at all times. We want everyone—our guests and neighbours—to feel at home. You can enjoy a movie night in and project your favourite movie with our projector screen. Or, go for a quick walk to Craig's Cookies for some of the best sweets around...Why not both? (You must try the Nutella cookies!) You will get a taste of the city life with a humble flare while staying at the Noble Street Lofts. This small building provides a sense of community; filled with friendly faces, and a charm that you have to see in order to feel. During your stay, we provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, face towels, toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen essentials, an iron and ironing board, and some snacks to get you started. If you require anything specific to enjoy your stay, please reach out to our co-host and Elisa will be so happy to help you! Elisa is very knowledgeable about the best places to eat, grocery shop, have a drink, or play pinball. She has also provided a Welcome Book with suggestions of things to do in the area. We look forward to hosting you! **if you have 3 guests, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide the air mattress for you** Guest access You will have access to the entire unit during your stay as this is not a shared space. There is a double size bed and a comfy couch. Other things to note There is no smoking or pets allowed in the unit. As for parking, there are several paid parking lots within walking distance of the unit. If you will be staying for more than a few days, there is incentive for you to purchase a street parking permit from the City of Toronto.
