We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours. Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement. The insects are also part of life, try to accept them. We fumigate the villas twice a month, but It is possible to find them inside the facilities (Perfectly normal with all the jungle around us).
